Hi, I'm Jenny, I'm a wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls and I'm on a mission to help women who are burnt out from chronic digestive stress figure out what's going on in their bodies so they can take control of their IBS symptoms.
I did not get into gut health and IBS for no reason. I personally struggled with digestive issues during pregnancy and post partum period. I had severe bloating, cramping and constipation which took a heavy toll on my body and my ability to be there for my family.​
I also noticed a pattern in my clients that were coming to me for help with their diet. Many had underlying digestive issues that they thought was a normal part of life and was too embarrassed to seek help. Intrigued by all of this, I furthered my knowledge in digestive health and discovered that the root cause of many chronic health issues begin in the gut.
I am continually amazed by the women whom I initially meet debilitated with gut symptoms go on to experience total transformation within weeks by the power of food and I am so honoured to walk beside them in their health journey.
My unique framework combines functional nutrition and dietetics to figure out what's going on in your body so that you can get crystal clear on your food and lifestyle roadmap to help you move the needle towards IBS free living.
